I was greeted and seated right away. I went in for a pedicure and sat in the spa chair for about 15 minutes before I was worked on which normally I would be ok with, but employee came was about to work on me until her late appointment came in. I was then skipped over and another employee chose to pass me. So I then waited another 5 minutes for another employee. I may have been passed up again had I not spoke up because they wanted to give me another employee who was in the middle of working on someone. First come first served is not practiced here so if your on your lunch break or in a rush make an appointment.

I was able to get in at 11:30 and was done exactly in an hour for both hands and feet. Good service, was decently clear, and average price. I will go back.

I arrived almost 20 minutes early to my appointment, but that didn't stop the manager from harassing the woman doing my nails to hurry and finish with me. At least 4 times he came to tell her to hurry as if I weren't important enough as a client for her to take her time. At one point he even made her stop in the middle of painting my nails to render a service of eyebrow threading to a client who just came in. When she returned to me, be continued the harassment. The worst part was that within 24 hours the polish she had used for my french manicure peeled off my nail in one complete piece. Within 2 days, the polish on every nail had done the same.

I had a great experience at the shop today. This was my 1st time here. My dad his name is CAP brought me here to get a pedicure and manicure he's a regular at this shop and will be coming back again and again. Thanks for the wonderful service by your employee PANG and thanks for the warm welcome and friendly conversation from the receptionist ANGII. I would recommend this nail shop to anyone. All the staff are nice and the place is clean. I was very relaxed and comfortable!
