Came in here for a second time, for gel manicure. Now, two and half week later, and still NO chips or peeling at all and I'm a very satisfied customer. They are detailed and don't rush like other places do. It is probably time to schedule another gel manicure. Will definitely be back again!

I had been in dire need of a mani pedi but wasn't having any luck with salons. Until now!
I called as soon as I got out of work and they had an opening! I got my pedicure done by Wok! She was so fantastic and thorough. I don't think I've ever had someone work so hard on my pedicure before. I did upgrade my pedicure and get an experience I can never forget! The massage was amazing, the scrub was relaxing and the aroma of fresh cut oranges scrubbing my legs was just too good!
During my pedicure Dong started working on my full set manicure. I was blown away with her attention to detail. Both Wok and Dong are extremely professionally, personable and amazing women! I will definitely be coming back!!!

I have always tried to be a loyal customer to this place because I live within walking distance. Customer service is a lost art. I came into the salon at 4:30 PM and asked to make an appointment. The young lady scheduled my appointment for 7 PM. I only wanted a pedicure. When I came back, none of the technicians wanted to do my pedicure because they were closing at 8 PM. I had gel on my toes because I went to the beach and sand does not annihilate gel. I have always gotten the gel soaked off, but because they wanted to rush, the lady used the drill to remove the gel. WELL, she removed the nail from one of my toes and my toe HURTS. There is so much more to this story, but I highly recommend staying away from this place if you cannot get an appointment with Daksha. I will never support them again and I very disappointed with paying $28 and only got the gel violently removed and my toes repainted. The tech did not cut my toenails, file anything or move cuticles back. The lady who used the drill on my toes is an older Asian lady who does not speak English and do not care when you flinch from pain. BE CAREFUL WITH GOING TO THIS PLACE.

I am incredibly underwhelmed. The place has a nice appearance but, the woman doing my nails broke my natural nail and also cut my finger. Neither which she apologized for and also blamed me for breaking my own nail. She also left several layers of gel on my nails. I am incredibly dissatisfied.

I’ve always been very very picticular about my nails, when I came across Imperial Nails and Julie's Facebook pages! I have never seen anything bad about this place and read nothing but wonderful reviews about Imperial! So of course I had to come try them out! I went and go my nails done for my 21st birthday and she did them exactly the way I wanted and it was wonderful! I’ve never had a better experience then with Imperial! I’ve not gone to any other nail place besides Imperial! I recommend Imperial to anyone and everyone! Rate them a 100/10 💜
