Bad attitude and arrogant. Stay away! Her response to a client above is a perfect example of how immature and unprofessional she is! Here's a tip: It's not the mistake you make, it's how you fix it. Don't ever get so big-headed that you think you can treat people any kind of way, and then think they're not going to have a response!

You do not always get better quality when you spend more money. This is one of those instances. Lack of professionalism , and poor quality of services. Apart from both facts at a professional standpoint, the stylists are rude. One example simply being that I purchased a sew-in service totaling $400 (2 bundles included; no wash, no style). 13 days later, threadding began to unthread making my tracks come up. Therefore I cannot comb my hair in certain places without pulling up my tracks. I called about the issue, and made arrangements with my stylist to fix the issue. The stylist canceled, and ignored my phone calls and texts to make new arrangements. I contacted the owner and was told not to contact her about a problem that she did not create. She told me that I was attention seeking. I concluded the conversation by reminding her of my purchase for poor services and lack of professionalism. She replied by blocking me. (I am making her end of the comversation sound a lot better than what statements she actually made.) I just choose not repeat such distateful words.
PLEASE SHOP AT ANOTHER SALON. This is your hair, time, energy and money that you are putting on the line. You do not always get better quality when you spend more.

Tory's the best stylist I've ever had! Always polite, professional and respectful of my time. The cost and quality of her services are well worth it!
