Just in regards to pedicures I was not impressed. The technician did a great job on my toes but the overall experience was not spa-like. The bench were you sit is very uncomfortable and you feel like you’re sitting in the middle of where people are getting their hair done. If you’re looking for a spa atmosphere for your pedicure look elsewhere.

I can not say enough good things about this salon! After a "hair emergency" they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Laura was my stylist and she did an amazing job giving me highlights before my wedding. I will definitely be going back!!!

This salon recently opened and I decided to give it a try. I asked for somebody who is good at cutting hair and I ended up with a really friendly person with a broken arm. I should have reconsidered the decision to have a haircut, but I had really limited time availability and I was already there so I went ahead and had a haircut. The person was nice and friendly and I think she tried to do her job, but as it turns out you need two hands to cut hair property. She chopped off hair in seemingly random patterns (with lots of tugging) and you can imagine the end result. She did tell me to come back if I am not happy with the cut after a few days, which I suppose was nice of her. However, I do expect my haircut to be right the first time and honestly there is not much room for error at this point. I really wanted to like the place since it is conveniently located, but they do not seem to care much about first impression.

I will never use French Door again. My wife and I schedule a couples massage for Valentine's day every year. We used French Door 4 years ago and had different issues. We decided to try them again and just got canceled on because a masseuse got a flat tire. Our appointment was for 430 and we both took off work to make it. We received a phone call at 4 telling us that we would have to be rescheduled.
The receptionist was short with us and didn't even try to get a hold of the manager because they were gone for the day. Then when we tried to reschedule our available times didn't work out. The receptionist hung up on us after we told her to just cancel our appointment because our schedule and theirs didn't line up.
I understand things in life happen, such as flat tires but you just happened to ruin something we look forward to every year for the second time. If the receptionist attempted to contact the manager, or maybe if the manager was actually available via cell phone during business hours, maybe our issue would have been solved in a satisfactory way. Instead of having a nice relaxing evening with my wife, she is stressed and I can the muscles that were suppose to be getting massaged tensing up.
EDIT: We were contacted and treated very nicely. The problem was resolved. We had a great time and the facilities are quite nice. Our overall experience was top notch. We are still not sold on the French Door for future massages but we are now open to the possibility of using them in the future.

My wife went in for balayage and left with what can only be described as DIY highlights. A Jenna Marbles video gone terribly wrong. She called and asked if it could be fixed and they said of course, and once done with “fixing it”, my wife was charged again, “for product”. After I called and complained to the manager, the manager told me she couldn’t do anything about it, no partial refund or anything. The lady who butchered my wife’s hair refused to call us back. Valerie should not be allowed to work in a salon. Terrible at her job and terrible customer service.
