Where do I start? This place is a lot closer then the one i go to in tahlequah, so i decided to come here hoping it would be a place i can go to regularly. Little did i know it would be the worst mistake ever:
-two of my nails broke when i put up my hair and while i was making coffee within 5 days. (I got a new set from this place)
-after i got them done I had glue hanging off my nails which she completely ignored.
-i picked a color to match my pedi and my mani, well they forgot to check if they had enough and tried to improvise with other colors my toes are orange and my nails are a red....
-i can understand people make mistakes, but when she filed down my skin so much that i started bleeding because she didn't take her time sorta made me mad.
- some of my nails look good when others are misshapen and don't match the others.😂

I used to go to this place a lot, but hadn’t been in awhile. Went today and won’t be going back. My nails came out ok though the top clear coat was put on in a rush and not total coverage. The lady though got very rude with me when I was telling her the colors I wanted for my design. Told me that I needed to make up my mind because she was busy. She also did my daughters nails. On many of her nails she now has raw spots where she was extremely rough when filing. She also made the nails extremely thin so I doubt they will even last a week. Their windows say under new management, I think they need the old management back.

Got my nails dipped last Saturday at this salon, 5 days ago, and they all popped off tonight. Completely disgusted! I came to this salon because my regular lady was too busy and I had to get them done before leaving town. Big mistake! Her nails last a month and have to be taken off even after that long! I'm also irritated that I paid $30 too when hers cost $20. And on top of it all, they were not well done, they were thick and looked like bubbles on my finger tips but like I said I was pressed for time so I couldn't have them redone. Won't be coming back!
