As a flight attendant, I don’t have much time to waste. They were prompt (it was an early Thursday afternoon). The young lady sitting at table 5, Amy, was polite, friendly and conversational. I enjoyed that because normally I feel Asian nail shops take your money with little to no customer service. At least that’s always been my experience.
I didn’t witness any sterilization happening; that’s concerning.
Whenever I’m in Houston, I will stop by once I witness the sterile process.

This place is not worth the effort. They advertise a price and charge you differently. They don't provide the full service and expect you to pay. My nails turned out ok but nothing extravagant. I showed the girl a picture of exactly how I wanted my lashes and stressed I wanted a natural look. I ended up with a hot mess that looked no where near natural. Then she refused to correct it. I had to remove them on my own and she didn't even bother to apologize just sat there with her nasty attitude as though she was right. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Don't waste your money!!

I normally go during my lunch break and I've never had any issues until today. I went for shellac pedi and mani my toes came out fine! I have no idea about the mani though. I asked politely if she could thin my nails out since it looked so clumpy. The lady got really upset and called the others over. I then explained and asked if I could just do powder and they said it would be $10 more. I didn't have an issue paying except they kept saying just do the shellac since the lady had already thinned out my nails more. During her trying to fix this she cut me 3 times. The manager said to come back after work to fix it but no way! Stay away from this place. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. That is the last $72 I pay at this place! I will never return here again!

Worst place to get your prom nails at!, don’t even waste your time in showing them a picture of what you want because it will NOT come out as expected! Horrible I HATE my nails will not be returning!!!! Plus very pricey for such a horrible job
