I hate to give a bad review, but I have been let down 2 out of every 3 times I go here. I used to go to Fashion Nails often, but found myself looking for something better. Lately when I go, the staff have not been personable and I feel herded through the salon. Previous experiences included bubbles in my gel polish, uneven filing, bad cuticles, among other problems. Each time I decided to give them another chance since they are a local business and are usually friendly (well, a few of the staff.) This time was the worst experience (out of many bad ones!) I have had here. I went in to get my gel taken off and to have my nails trimmed. I was sat down immediately, but it took almost 15 minutes later for someone to start the process of taking my gel polish off. Then nothing. I sat for 45 minutes with foil on my fingers so I couldn't even occupy myself with my phone. Several people who came in after me were serviced first. Then I was asked to sit somewhere else so someone who came in much after me could be serviced. Finally someone scraped the gel off, but left most of it on. Waited again. Then someone else filed it off and cut my nails, and barely filed them. In my opinion, the gel was still obviously on my nails to where there was a line where it had grown out, and I pointed it out. After they filed it again, it was still there and I just gave up. I have posted a picture of the "finished" product. Everyone seemed annoyed I was there and I did not want to bother them any further. I was asked to wash my hands and herded to the front counter to pay. I left and I will not be back. Very disappointed. I will start making the commute to Greenville for my nail needs.

Please do not go here! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I used to go fairly often and I thought it was a good place. I went there for a pedicure and got a bacterial infection and a fungus. I had to get my big toenail removed multiple times since. Yes, they are friendly but they do not practice proper hygiene. The pediatrist told me if I was older or had diabetes the infection could have killed me. Luckily I am young and healthy but it was quite a battle physically and financially. Please, please do not go.

Tina is the best! I have been to several salons for my nails and she always leaves my nails flawless. This is important because small imperfections tend to make me pick at my polish. The customer service is warm, welcoming, and focused on returning clients.

Got exactly what I wanted it was affordable and the staff is really nice. Great service

Stacy at Fashion Nails is awesome! She did a wonderful.... fabulous job on my nails and eyebrows.
