Go4rent is my go to for processing lease applications. I highly recommend their services to all realtors and landlords. The lease app and supporting documents are all in one place for easy access. The staff goes above and beyond in delivering a smooth experience. I don't know how they are able to deliver a high quality service at such a low cost. Thank you for all your hard work Go4rent team!

All of the negative reviews are true! I wish I would have seen them before applying to a home using this company. Unresponsive, NEVER got a callback as we requested multiple times from Go4Rent to clear up their errors. We applied for a house listed on their site. The same house was listed twice by 2 different realtors, and Go4Rent sent our app to the wrong realtor. Julie, our supposed app processor, never reached out to us by phone as requested. They take your app fees and fumble the whole process!

Disappointed I was falsely denied based on fraudulent information that showed on my report. They matched me with someone who had the same name as me but lived in a whole different state. Different completely different height and address. As a nurse you can’t even work with a criminal history. I’ve never had a background in my life. Tried contacting the processor Hailey Coleman but stopped contact. Highly upset and disgusted. Such a shame for them to lie and steal applicants hard earned money especially at a time like this. But this appears to be a common issue with them.👎 God bless.

Just a waste of time...
I’m really disappointed at this company 👎🏾. Had applied to better places before and never had that much trouble. If you are thinking about applying to one of their properties just be ready for some headache.

This was honestly by far the worst experience of renting that I ever experienced in my life. 1st of all it seems like a scam asking for so many information and very personal information. 2nd putting their nose where they’re not supposed to I mean you want to know who I’m dating or my rent history!! I would advice anybody to not waist their time on them and go find other companies. Thank you.
