I feel like I just wasted $17, again. No matter which "stylist" I go to, I never get a satisfying cut. After getting half the shampoo washed out of my hair, I remained dripping wet until I took it upon myself to dry off. I showed them a photo of myself 3 months ago and asked them for the same hair and they stopped every 2 minutes asking if they had done the bare minimum. Getting them to give me a full haircut felt like pulling teeth, to the point that I left after getting an incomplete and unsatisfactory haircut because it was such a long and tedious process. Evidently, no one can cut hair on the Palouse, and yet everyone insists on charging upwards of $15 for hacking at your hair.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. They over processed my hair which caused it to fall out in chunks, so they had to cut 6 inches off. As for the coloring, she applied carelessly, without technique and it came out with harsh lines. I'm going to have to spend months trying to save my hair and spend hundreds on reviving it.

Don't go!!! Seriously, I can do better myself. They just make your hair shorter without any styles. I wish I could give zero star...

I called ahead asking if they were experienced in flat ironing African American hair. I was told yes, so I made an appointment. After an hour and a half the stylist could not straighten it. I could have done a better job myself. When I questioned her as she was "finishing up", she got her coworker to help her. The coworker brought out a mini travel flat iron an restraighten me child's hair. She first stylist admitted to never having done this before. After an additional hour, I had to leave. It was a mess and a waste of $45. I will never go there again.

Although my daughter's haircut was fine and the girl that did it was friendly, my complaint is about the remaining staff in the shop that night.
My ten year old daughter has been growing her hair out for two years to donate it to locks of love. When we told the ladies this, they scoffed and went on about how locks of life be is a scam and they charge the patients. In front of my daughter. With absolutely no discretion. I told the first one I knew, that we had done our research. Later a second one told me the same thing. Again, without any tact. Again, and a little less patiently, I explained we had done our research in to the various charities.
Ladies, you crushed my daughter. My ten year old, who is trying to do something to help other children. You were rude and judgemental not to mention unprofessional. although I appreciate the suggestion of another charity, maybe next time pull the parent aside and make the suggestion discreetly instead of blathering on about why you disagree on our choice of charity.
