Moved into the beacon recently on short notice. Staff was very accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. Nicole in the leasing office was very helpful in choosing the right room for me. Each building has their pros and cons with different amenities. I personally liked what the tower and paramount had to offer. The shuttle service is extremely convenient for getting downtown to use the PATH (runs all day). Great views of NYC skyline. The Beacon offers a lot of different entertainment options for people of all ages. Staff seems proactive with cleaning and safety.

I had a really great experience in this property. The Paramount building is well maintained, clean and dog friendly. Alana Fox also helped us a lot during our internal transfer process and was really helpful. Also, the property has a bunch of amenities like a sky lounge and a great gym. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment.

I've been living at the Beacon for almost a year. It's very convenient to the city and the views are great. Unfortunately, I moved in during the Pandemic and haven't been able to enjoy the amenities. That being said, one bright light has been Leann Labadie, the Assistant Community Manager. Unfortunately, I had to help out family during this terrible time, and she really worked with me as I regrouped. She is extremely pleasant and understanding. It was a joy to communicate with her. I have to give The Beacon 4 stars for now, hopefully all of the amenities open up soon, like the pool and the rooftops. But I give Leann a full FIVE STARS for making a tough time bearable.

I recently transferred from one unit to another and was really happy with the experience. I want to thank Nicole Delgado for outstanding professionalism during all this time and helping me get the best deal on the new unit. In last 6 months, Beacon is seeing a positive change in how things are managed here.

Just moved in and I can’t believe how many amenities are provided. All the staff are very helpful, most especially the leasing company, GreyStar. Top notch service provided and all credit goes to both Alana and Kyle. They prioritize your needs and I really appreciated the time taken to make sure everything went well for me. Talking about going above and beyond !
