I always loved this place. However today I had called and made an appointment for a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I had both he mani and pedi and then I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for my eyebrow wax. I just spent enough time and there is no reason why I should have to wait when I had my appointment. Very disappointing because they sometimes take on more then they can handle. I can’t say anything bad about the services they are very thorough, I’m just very disappointed in how they handled my appointment today.

Showed up an hour before closing and they said they couldn't take me because they were closing early. Sorry, I didn't get the memo. You lost a good customer.

Best pedicure ever. Very clean and professional. Not moved through the process like cattle which I found that I felt that way at all other nail salons. Very good waxing done with no redness
