Worst pedicure & manicure ever!!!!! Worst attitude!!!!!!!!!
My nails for my toes very long, didn’t even cut them . I was charged 45 for pedicure for what? No cut, I did French only on one TOE!? And it’s all crooked..
My no chip manicure chipped the second day!
Was charged in total 70 dollars. NEVER GOING BACK.

Don't Go!!! Worst customer service ever. Went on a Monday afternoon around 4p.m. They work in an Assembly Line. It's not one person who actually sits with you and acknowledges you and your nails. The owner i believe (lady with glasses) kept getting up constantly to switch to a different customer. Then i got moved to another lady who did my fill in, she cut and burned me about a good 5 times, not once apologizing. Took her about 3 minutes to lay down the acrylic and shape all 10 fingers !!! Most thin layer of acrylic !! Barely have anything. Theeeeeeen i got moved to a man who was just on his phone. Burning me as well !!! I just chose clear coat. After all that, which took a good 2 and half hours they demanded tip!!! Now, Tuesday the next day !!!!! My nails are lifting. Did not last 24 hours !!!!

I had been a customer for about two years but the last time I went the tall guy that did my nails was super rude! He had painted one nail when i stopped him and told him I wasn’t happy with how the glitter he chose did not match the color polish I had chosen. He got all mad and told me I made him waste his time. The whole time he’s chewing tobacco and spitting. Then at the end had the nerve to ask me for a tip. Which I still did tip. But I told myself I would NEVER go back.

Rude! Rude! This young pimple face guy was hurting and poking my feet terribly. When I told him he instantly took his gloves and threw them. He made a scene and i was just looking at him in shock. I could nott believe it. One of the young girls had to escort him to the back. A few minutes later he came out threw some receipts and left. I still cannot believe it. I HOPE HE GOT FIRED. Never again And I will be reporting to BBB.

I have only been here twice and the reason why i went back the second time was because the first time i had a pedicure only and i honestly really liked it. But this last time that i went... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I went in very excited to get my nails done, I had been waiting two months due to nursing school policies, i walked out of there so disappointed! I don't know this females name but she sits in the back as your walking in the first desk in front toward the back. She has the worst attitude ever. As soon as she starts shes already huffing and puffing. She got mad at me because i hadn't decided on a color. Well maybe if they were up to date it wouldn't be so hard. Not only did i deal with her nasty attitude but she did really bad on my nails she left them thick, uneven,crooked, and the nail polish (no chip) uneven all around the nail. Now she was very nice when it came toward the end when i was about to pay because she wanted her tip. I will never come back here again. I would rather go somewhere else where their nice and do a good job even if that means waiting!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
