HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE. The technician files all the way down to my nail bed and blamed the drill for “being hot” when I told him I was experiencing pain. I have never ever had so much damage done to my nails in my life. My nails hurt so much for days and my pinky nail lost a piece of my nail off my nail bed. It’s excruciating and am going to the doctor to try to get some help. I seriously don’t recommend this place. Truly a nightmare. I would never wish this pain on anyone. I have always been compliment for my beautiful healthy nails and I could cry from the damage.

My Sam is the best....he always takes care of me. This is light color style but when I go fabulous with my colors, glitter and rhinestones you better watch out!!!! The salon also does pedicure, and lashes

The reason I gave 1 star is because she took her time in clean my feet good otherwise I don’t know where they get their nails polish from or what they add to them . I did mani & pedi on the 16th of September regular nail polish in my feet and gel for manicure . This morning which is 18th of September 2 days later when I woke up about to make my bed I noticed something some dry nails polish on my bed , looked at my feet 1 of the toe nail polish was gone , my hands has a mentioned before was gel my index finger and the middle finger already peeled off , I don’t washed dishes and scrubbed no pots , even for me to take shower I put on gloves to see if they will last at least 3 weeks . Spent $42 plus tips for no reason .

I have been going here for about 3 years now. Used to always have a great experience with Susana. She left because of covid and moved away.
Now I go to digna who is amazing! She takes care with the toes really well and is wonderful with designs. We have had fun over the past year with dots and flowers.
NOW their prices have FROM $42 TO $50! The free design option is gone! You pay $5 for a design on 2 fingers.
The polish they use is terrible. You can't blame the workers. You have to put the responsibility on the owners. My gel polish used to last 2 weeks. The past 5 months its 1 week at best!!!
Like I said Digna is great!!! She is very attentive and great with details. It's the stuff they Re given to use. It's really not ok to charge so much and give people substandard polish.

This place is very professional and fast and the workers have great customer service. Every worker uses PPE equipment and they renovated the whole business with the proper PPE equipment. The prices are manageable.
