I had one bad experience, the main lady wouldn't help. But thank God she's not the only one there. I must say, this is the best place in the city of Louisville to get your nails done. And it shows, don't go late in the afternoon the first of the month. It's crazy busy. I love Jackson Nails

Staff is friendly but I got my nails done and was left with a design I didn’t ask for (yes I ask them to wipe it off and even showed a reference photo of what I wanted) but insisted that I kept the color and just wait the two weeks and come back…I was also charged twice my nails were $43 meaning I got charged $86 for this… it’s lint AND lumps all in the polish. “L When you ask your mama to get your nails done and she says “we got nails at home” this what you get😂🙄

I love them bc they provide quality service. Lee is MY GUY!!! Also they don't talk in another language right in front of you about you! They talk to you And they care

Always available for a walk in and they do a great job evertime. I dont prefer the owner to do my work. But other than that. I love it here. This is my official nail shop
