I absolutely love this place. Every couple weeks I come to decompress. Tracy does an amazing job of doing exactly what I ask. I drive from Savage just to come here. Michelle and Hannah are great company!!

Star Nails is the best nail salon out there. It is very hard to find a salon that has great product, and people that take care of you. I started to go to Star Nails three years ago and I wish I found it before that. Star Nails is clean, relaxing, and comforting. Tammy goes about and beyond to make sure all of her customers are taken care of. She treats her customers like family. I feel like family since I know Tammy so well and the rest of the employees. She knows customers by their first name and remembers their "special days" like birthdays. Even if there is no special occasion, Tammy goes above and beyond and if you do not like something or not happy, she will make sure she makes you happy. I go there every 2-3 weeks and I see for myself how much happy customers make her happy. Tammy and her employees love their jobs, and it is hard to find people who love their job. It is more than a job for Tammy, and she loves doing nails and the customers she has. Not only is Star Nails very friendly, but they do a neat and clean job every single time. For me, Star Nails is not just a place to go to and get your nails done, it is a place that has another part of my family because we have grown so close. If you are looking to get acrylic nails, gel, pedicures, eyebrow waxing or more, Star Nails is the place to go. Tammy also does my eyebrow waxing, and she does it perfect. I am so happy and blessed I found such a great salon and great people to see when I get my nails done. I am a happy customer. Thanks Star Nails for always taking care of me!

First time visit. Loved the pedicure experience here. Clean, thorough, gentle. Very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Resonable price. I will be back!!!

I was a loyal customer until over the weekend. I booked my daughter's birthday party there and triple checked with Tammy on the time and date. It was in their appt. book. We showed up at 9A and no-one was there. A friend pointed out that their sign said open at 9:30A. I thought it was a miscommunication and we sat in the parking lot with 9 girls waiting for it to open at 9:30A. No-one showed up. We waited until 9:45A and left. I did not receive a call or anything. They have lost my business. It was unprofessional and left one birthday girl and 8 other girls very disappointed.

Disorganized, messy, and rushed. I payed for a pedicure and barely even got one. It was terrible. I usually go there to get my nails done, but this is the last time I will be going there.
