Lee knows his regulars by name and makes a point to make conversation while they are there. I try to call ahead so I don’t have to wait once I arrive, and I’ve only had to wait for a few minutes one time. My nail techs are focused and do beautiful work. They do talk to each other in Vietnamese, but this is pretty standard in nail salons. The prices are on the higher end, but quick and quality service match the price point. Highly recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Everyone here’s is so kind and. Friendly. The nail art they do is amazing and they always give me what I ask for. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a good nails salon.

Arden was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience and that I loved my nails. She even went as far as massaging my arms and hands after finishing with my nails. Best experience I’ve ever had. The owner, Lee, was very accommodating to our group of 9 people for a wedding and made sure to give us all a 10% discount. Love this salon and will recommend it to anyone in the Wichita area.

They squeezed me on Thursday night which I appreciated. I got a matte acrylic set. My polish peeled off on Friday. I went Saturday to get it fixed. I told T that I think the matte is the problem I was told no it was the way I laid my hand in the uv lamp. I just wanted something other than the matte but he wasn’t willing to do it so he put a different shade of brown on my nail that needed fixed. I have bubbles and chipping on other fingers. I spent 50+ on a crummy full set.

I called on Tuesday & took appointment from the manager/owner & asked for an appointment with the Anna the girl I usually go to unless if she is busy
Manager told me Anna has no time on Tuesday but he gave me appointment on Wednesday yesterday at 3:00 pm. i and all the girls in my family have been their clients for more than 2 years.
I got there at 2:45 pm talked to manager who welcomed me & said you are early I said I will wait
I waited until 3:10 I asked him where is she he said she is delayed but then Anna came & directed me to a chair and asked to sit, she filled it with water to soak my feet I asked her to bring me the colors to pick a color she brought them handed them to me and left I got a phone call which I answered I asked after 10 minutes one of the girls but did not answer
When I went in place was not 100% full but it got really busy
At 3:40 I asked manager where is she he said grumbling she is delayed busy will finish
I was not happy by his attitude and response it was then 3:45 so I asked one girl passing to bring me a towel she went to get and told manger I started to dry my feet when he came and said Anna is still busy but he will get another girl & apologized
I had booked for both manicure & pedicure
When I got the appointment he said they are closing at 5:00 pm
I felt very bad I am suffering from neck issues & not driving so had no car I felt sick of the way they treated me I was being miss treated not respected ignored
If he told me his problem from the beginning I would have said just give me anyone
Although several girls are not that good but I was ready to settle because I went get my service and it wasn’t free
I called an uber and left and waited outside because I stay in such a place
I wanted to share my experience so others are careful when places start they are nice and want clients but there no excuse for such bad treatment to his clients
I my niece & girls and told them what happened
Wichita is full of this service we will find another place
