Martini Spa had always left me satisfied. The service was outstanding, the employees are nice and very professional, even to the youngest folks here. I have been a regular at Martinis for years but on my last visit here it had changed. Just as usual, I went with the special pedicure $40 and shellac add-on. One new lady employee took care of my service but she definitely didn’t care about me: The water wasn’t hot enough and when I pointed it out she never replied. I wanted my nails shorter and in a particular shape, she just never replied. Surely there was some language barriers here, it was fine, I could take that but then here comes the disaster: she dropped her tools on the floor and still used it on my feet, that was the first time I saw such unsanitary practice at Martini! The polish was just as decent, it shrunk but there was no reply when I asked about it... But the worst thing is throughout the service, she kept on looking at her phone, for so many times... This technician took time on the service for herself, definitely not for me!!!! It is extremely obnoxious and disappointing!!! No one will support a shady business which hire such employees like that!!!

My husband and I went to Martini's yesterday for pedicures. It took over an hour (30 minutes sitting in our pedicure stations) to get our technicians. While we waited, two male technicians started working on two women across from us who sat down no more than 3 minutes before they arrived. When I asked the manager, she said the male technicians refused to do us because we were male. She made it sound like it's their policy to allow that. Needless to say, our experience was horrible. Neither of us could enjoy our pedicures and we both needed some TLC. I'm fine with a technician refusing service, however they should then have to go back into queue and forfeit their turn. On a deeper level, it makes me wonder why these guys 'prefer to touch' women's feet only. It's sad because we have had great service up to this point there. Unfortunately, I will not be using their services anymore until I have a written confirmation their policy has changed. Regarding the women out there who use their services, I would be weary of having these men give you pedicures. It makes me wonder if there are ulterior motives to their desire to do women-only pedicures.

30 minutes in all of the people doing manicures stand up and whisper and start shoving tools and stuff in their pockets and behind their back and run to the back. The girl was doing my nails is gone for 20 minutes hiding stuff and I realized it’s because the health department is there so I’m like seriously this is so unprofessional so finally my lady comes back and I have no shellac on but I tell her no I’m leaving I’m not having you finish my nails it’s obviously not clean here but she pulls my hand and starts painting the shellac then charges me full price! I go to the front desk and I never complain to customer service workers ever no matter what and I was like I’m not paying that this was insanely unprofessional and she takes off 5 dollars and reaches for my card. I’ve been going here for three years and will never go back and want a refund of my money.

I really enjoyed my experience here today! Although the salon is super busy in the morning due to Mother day but My nails technician Lee were absolutely amazing with my dipping manicure. You might feel as if you’re walking into a typical nail salon - there’s not an over-the-top feeling of luxury, but the service is far beyond what you’d expect.

I always like coming here. The staff is friendly and always remember me when I come in. I usually get their special pedicure which is just above a regular pedicure at a pretty good deal. Management is also very friendly and attentive to the customers. My nails technician Simon is phenomenal, I been coming to him for years for my acrylics nails he did a great job. Highly recommended Martini Nails Spa.
