I fell in love with this place. After decades of searching for a good nail salons in NYC, this place is it! All the employees are so attentive and my nails never looked more beautiful. Highly recommend.

Best nail techs I’ve ever been to. The art they create is just an added bonus to the amazing nail shape and strength they create. I’ve never gotten so many complements before.

Horrible horrible service and poor quality work. I went there two weeks ago and had a French manicure done and it hardly lasted a week. When I called to speak to a manager, they kept me on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up the phone. I then called back and got someone named Michelle on the phone. Michelle, who claimed to be the owner, was so obnoxious and unprofessional when speaking to me. She went as far as saying that she couldn’t care less about business from “you people.” Did she mean white people, or members of the LGBTQ Community? Of course when I called her out on her comment, that’s when she hung up the phone. Deplorable and obnoxious is the best way to describe this person. Stay away from this place, it’s not worth your time or your aggravation.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years now since they've opened. I don't get my nails done anywhere else as they've been incredibly healthy and well taken care of by the talented ladies here.

Edit: updated to add more photos from recent visits. Bisou is amazing and they do such great work - I've now had a couple of appointments with Nana as well and she is great. It's so worth the price!
I loved my visit to Bisou this past weekend! I booked an appointment for signature art with Noriko about three weeks in advance.
I came in with a rough idea of what I wanted (something kind of geometric and incorporating blue and green) and we figured out a color palette and chose a design to use for inspiration. Along the way she continually checked in with me about how I liked it so far, whether I wanted something one way or another, etc. The design ended up being just perfect! The art is beautiful, I can't stop looking at it, and the manicure/gel is perfectly done. Picture doesn't really do it justice, but check out their instagram page for tons of examples of their amazing work.
I really enjoyed chatting with Noriko throughout as well, and the studio has a very relaxing atmosphere. I'm sure I'll be back again before long...
