Very nice people. We came in with a party of 4 and they called in extra people to help work. Great service and they were able to remove my ingrown nails. Good job waxing my eyebrows as well. Nice place!

I was disappointed that none of their workers were wearing masks when we came in and they were doing pedicures.

I will never go back there again. Very rude, when made aware of the mistake on my nails the guy huffed up at me and went to fix what was wrong while doing so he was very rude. When I showed him that he made the nails worse he rolled his eyes at me. Asked the other tech if she could fix them she was rude. The only one that was nice was some guys son that goes to school in Lubbock. Thank you for the compassion and understanding.

Will not be back. Overpriced and they do not care to listen to what you want. My nail tech kept trying to push the dip powder on me when I had already explained to her I did not want that. Then she told me it was the same price to get a fill and shellac polish as it was to get a new full set and shellac polish or dip. She wasn't very happy when I told her I didn't pay the same price for a FILL and a new set at another nail salon. I'm pretty sure she was complaining about me saying that because I kept hearing her say the words FILL and SHELLAC while talking to the nail tech next to her. It was just very uncomfortable and I could not wait to get out of there.
I ended up getting an overlay with acryllic powder. no shellac (besides the clear top coat). and paid $45.

Zero stars. Long story short the nail technician yelled at me and I left the place in tears. I have never been so publicly embarrassed in my life. I do not recommend. I will go into the details with photos below.
