i’ve had my nails done for only 5 days & these are the results. I take care my my nails so im not use to this. my experience was terrible as well. it took forever to get my french tips right. they were being very careful about it. and when it came to my feet, it was very painful and it left marks on my feet. then some girl that works there was recording me on her phone and being very rude. i tried to be nice the whole time. but they definitely lost me as a costumer!!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had as soon as I walked in the door I was talked about by staff and they were very judgmental towards me and was very hostile then as the lady proceeded to show me where my seat was she had a nasty attitude towards me so I kept it cool and I let her proceed on my nails so when she was doing my nails she was very aggressive towards me and kept trying to push my hand down after it was already on the table it couldn’t go any further then when she was working on one finger at a time it’s like she would yank my fingers each time she would do one so I let her do what she had to do just so I could be done and over with it and the picture that I showed her was not what I had originally wanted and she kept insisting that I get another color but I didn’t want that color and the design was no where near how the picture looked that I showed here and the not even an hour or so after I left the building my nails popped off all of them I’m never going back to Jack n Jenny and Laurinburg again and if you want your nails to pop off the same day you leave be my guest

$60 after selecting the $45 pedi this is day 3 and the gel paint started peeling in my shoe and now is coming completely off. 🙃. I have been doing my own pedi for the last few years and I think I'll go back to doing it myself.

This will be my first and last time coming here. First the lady painted all over my toes and when I asked nicely to the lady that was supposed to do my design she got rude and snappy with me. It looked like my 6 years old daughter painted my toes. When I was being nothing my respectful towards her. So they done lost my business for GOOD!!!

My mom and I have been coming here for years but this business has recently become poorly managed and you will sit here for hours. While I understand that it normally takes time at the nails salon, one of our friends that came with us was waiting for and hour and a half to get her nails done. several people came in after we arrived and they allowed them to go ahead of her. I also waited an additional hour for them to fix one of my toe nails that was broken. When approached with this concern, they acted like it was no big deal. Customer service is lacking and even though they are short staff, they are not attentive to the needs of their customers. I will not be returning to their business.
