Spur of the moment and 1st time at this salon... Although the technician did a decent job with my mani and pedi, she was probably the most unfriendliest tech I've ever came across. Lack of customer service is my ultimate reason for not returning to this establishment. So many nail salons in the Vegas Valley that will be glad for the business with a smile.

Clean facility. VERY friendly service. Selection of polish and gel isn't too overwhelming. Technician seemed experienced and was very sweet. Fair price. Will be returning. overall B+

Newly remodeled and under new management. Great place to have your nails done. Doan and Lin do an excellent job. Appointments recommended.

Terrible experience this morning.
I had an appointment scheduled for myself and a friend. Once the appointment was started, three employees sat around while many customers waited to be seen at the front. My friend, who had an appointment, left after not being seen for 45 minutes. When she got up to leave, one employee that had been sitting around not working then stood up and tried to get her to stay.
During an electric nail file, I was cut due to the employee filing too short. When I pulled my hand back in pain, she grabbed it trying to continue causing more pain.
As I was checking out, they attempted to over charge me by almost 20$. When I asked if prices had changed they told me they hadn’t as the employee tried to run my debit card while I was still trying to ask questions. I then questioned another employee who corrected her “mistake”, the 20$ over charge.
I had been attending this location for a few months and I will not be returning.
