Very poor customer service. After making an appointment my friend and I arrived about 10 minutes late. I expected to wait for the next appointment but instead we were left sitting for an hour and with no explanation. We were completely ignored while another woman who arrived after us was served. We finally left and went to another nail salon. She never did acknowledge us.

I was looking for new salon. Came across Nails 2000 and read some of their reviews. I was extremely pleased. I will definitely go back and recommend their shop.

The technicians do not honor their appointments. They were about 30 minutes late starting my appointment due to walk-ins, and a mother and daughter who came in together for an appointment after me ended up leaving because they were running so late. On top of that, within just a few days, one of my nails was already popping off. When I went back to get them to repair it, I was told they wouldn't set an appointment to repair one nail and I would have to come back later and sit and wait. Within two weeks, several other nails were lifting and one has a spot of mold growing under it. I will never go back there.

Worst Gel nails I have ever had! Do not waste your money. They are extremely friendly but quality is terrible. My 9 year old could have done better. Left bleeding, with bubbles in the gel and peeling. Explained my frustration and even told the Male that I would have to pay to get them re-done. This is service I recieved from the Male. Didnt have a care in the world.
