I came in as a walk-in client and was very satisfied with how quickly they were able to fit me in. Scout was amazing and I’m pretty sure I found my go-to place! My nails look amazing and it didn’t take more than 45-60 min for my no chip. Highly satisfied and easy paying options with Venmo and Zelle

I previously had great experiences here but today was not so great. I booked an appointment at 11:30a and was not serviced until I reproached the receptionist desk after 20 mins of waiting. [This previously happened during my last mani session] Once sitting in my booth, I asked Technician, Kyle, if he would be able to draw mini symbols/designs on my nails. He said yes, but once I showed him the heart-shaped images, he laughed and said, "no, I can't do that." I showed a simplified alternative of a circular swirl and he again, said no. I replied, okay, I'll go with the nail polish instead. He asked, what shaped nails did I want and my response was could you follow the contour of my original nail? He seemed pretty sarcastic or inattentive because his response was, "well, is that a new shape?'' So, I demonstrated what I meant by showing him the silhouette/outline of my nail. Then, he told me what shapes he can do on my nails for filing them down. He filed my pinky first, which looked pretty fine but once he got to my finger and thumb nail they were completely distorted and filed extremely low to the point that I pulled my hand back to look at my nails. Then, he thrusted his chair back and told me that he can't do my nails. I responded, okay and walked out of the salon.
Throughout this session, Kyle seemed very impatient with me and uncompromising. I came in to get a simplistic design on my nails for my birthday but everything seemed to be far-fetched. Maybe I would've had a better experience with another Technician but unfortunately things didn't work out that way. In the future, suggesting another Tech that would be able to fully service your client's needs would be ideal, instead of dismissing their expectations. Thank you

My daughters and I love this nail salon! I have never had a better manicure. Everyone is so friendly and professional as well as talented. Would highly recommend Lia Nails! We always get compliments on our nails and they last so long❤️❤️

This is my third time visiting this welcoming salon! I am a young college student from the Naperville area and I love the service and selection at this salon. I had the privilege of having several of the nail techs here and I’ve loved each and every single one of my experiences. I have never experienced a problem or issue with my nails or my service! They always find time for me amidst my busy schedule! I love how clean the place is kept and an added bonus is they have great music! The only problem is that they have so many colors to choose from I can’t decide!
