I went here for a pedicure years ago because it looked nice. I was not impressed by their cleaning. At. All. I remember thinking how they didn’t clean anything after they were finished with it. Gross. Fast forward to today, my younger sister went here (first time getting her nails done). Actually, the first time was yesterday. I get my nails done regularly, but we live 4 hours away from each other. Basically she goes in completely clueless and tries to explain what she wants, and the girl picks out a color for her, bright pink (and she’s not a bright pink type person). She gives it the night, decides she just doesn’t like the color, and goes back to just have a clear coat put on. The girl that did her nails the day before was extremely rude, and tore her cuticles up while removing the polish with the rotating file (dripping blood bad). I wouldn’t send my worst enemy’s dog here to get its nails trimmed. I’m going to try to post a photo.... but it’s currently not an option.

I am visiting family in town from California and this place did such an amazing job on my gel fill and Jimmy was super fast! I’ll be going back 1-2 more times before we head back. Same price as my place in California and quality work!

Really and truly don’t waste your time coming here. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. Once finally acknowledged, we were taken to chairs and left with boiling hot water. Couldn’t even put my feet in because of the temperature and was told “It’ll cool down eventually.” After ten minutes, it was still too hot. We weren’t seen for nearly 45 minutes. The assistant manager had a bad attitude as well. I understand being busy, but there’s no excuse for being rude and uncordial to people who are paying for a service.

Other than the nice greeting, there was not much I could say about NBS. I waited for an HOUR and was told I was going to be situated about 3 times (told ten minutes each time). I eventually got up and left with no acknowledgment. I would also like to add that there were only a select number of gel polish colors. Most were unrealistic neon glitters.
