This was the second time I got my acrylics done here and I sat by the front desk. The lady that did my nails was very kind and did a great job. This was my favorite acrylics I’ve got and I’m going to come her front now on. The price was reasonable and I was happy with the final product. Rate this 10/10

I have never had such an odd experience at a nail salon. I went in for a full set a little over two weeks ago. I decided to get simple french tips with clear powder. The manicurist attempted to use pink powder which I despise so I stopped her and reiterated I wanted clear powder for my nail beds. And once we were on the same page she did a good job the shape and everything was just what I was looking for.
However it's when I went back in for a fill two weeks later that my interactions there became bizarre. I was having a particularly difficult day and just wanted to zone out. As I was just getting a french manicure fill it didn't occur to me that this would be an issue. I was on my phone through the entire process attempting to catch up on pressing emails and before I knew it the manicurist (a different woman than before) was finished.
However when I looked at my nails I realized she had done my fill with pink powder. I didn't know how to react as obviously I had clear powder why would you do the fill with pink..makes zero sense. She then attempted to charge me for a pink/white fill. I asked her why in the world would she use pink powder she said I should of said something to her as they all use pink powder. (Soooo you're saying...you can't look with your own eyes and make a basic decision???)
I told her I had my nails done here and I had the manicurist use white powder as I despise pink powder. She asked me where I was sitting and who did my nails as if she didn't believe me! I pointed to the first station on the left and she laughed and said oh that's impossible no one sits there. The place was empty other then myself and one other person who was getting services done in the very chair I pointed out! Okay she said which of the women here did your nails then.. two were sleeping on desks and barely looked up at me. The whole thing was just so strange I was over it. I had polish in my car I had her just paint over her odd fill and got outta there.
I am giving two stars because my original full set was pretty good quality wise and the fill was satisfactory as far as shape goes. But due to a lack of basic problem solving skills and deflecting responsibility I will not be returning.
Word of life advice: Integrity goes far in all realms of life. If you make a mistake own it. Blaming everyone but yourself only exacerbates the situation.

I went with my sister, we got a pedicure and the lady cut my sister doesnt know how and my sister finger got infected.
