I came to this place a few weeks ago after not having been for years (because I moved)
I came back today for a nail removal,new set ,polish change.I politely asked how long it would take and was told an hour..I didn’t expect an hour but maybe an hour and a half..Everythibg started off well. At12:30 after having been here an hour I politely asked if he could have someone start polishing my toes and he said no ..I only asked because I knew they would need time to dry..mind you there was one person here just sitting on the phone..it is now 12:58 and my toes are just halfway done...not to mention he cut my finger with the nail file while vigorously filing away..I never have felt the need to leave A place of business a bad review but I’m past livid and a little sad as I wanted to make this the place I’d permanently come to for spa days

Horrible acrylics. Don gave me a fill on Thursday and by Saturday two of my nails broke. Another fell off Monday and another has fallen of today, Wednesday. I called and told them that I was in for my fill just earlier this week and they said sure they'll fix for free. And they fixed for free the time after that as well (same set).
Problems came into play when I was in the salon for an hour each trip because the techs were just milling around doing absolutely nothing. I wasn't greeted when I came in the door and while i appreciate the fact that they fixed it for free, I did not get what I paid for the first time. Four nails should not break in less than one week. I should not have been in the salon for an hour waiting on someone to fix ONE nail.
Poor work. Poor customer service.

Love this nail salon! Ikerp coning back because of the attentive customer service and Don is the best! Highly recommended!!

I've been coming here for 10+ years. The past couple of years I've used Kim who is amazing, she not only does an amazing job on my nails she's extremely personable. Yes I've used others and haven't had such a great experience but I will continue to come back because of her. I work in customer service and know how one bad experience can ruin all, but I'd say return and ask for Kim and you will be pleased.

I walked into the salon to get my gel manicure removed and did not have a pleasant experience at this nail salon. The customer service was lacking as well as their care for my nails.
I came in on a Saturday morning to two nail techs lounging on the couch by the front door and were not in a hurry to greet me.
After being seated at the manicure table the nail tech continued to talk to her friend for at least 5 minutes as I sat there in front of her waiting for her to start.
Instead of soaking or gently removing the polish, she peeled the gel polish off with her nails. I could have done this at home for free, but get the polish removed at a salon because they are supposed to know how to remove it without damaging your nails.
I will not return to this salon.
