Do NOT waste your time or your money here! I brought my cousins here for a girls nails trip and we were here for 3 hours! The girl running this joke of a place makes it her mission to make you wait and wait and wait! She leaves you in the middle of a pedicure, and doesn’t return for 10 minutes. One cousin had to literally leave after just getting her toenails clipped because she was left so long and was going to kiss her flight. The dip powder manicure was so thick it’s discusting! Horrible horrible place with no customer service skills.

I've gone here twice. The first time my nails came off within a week and they didn't want to fix them until I made a big deal about it and they tried to say Its my fault I got them to long. I know that's not the case because I've been getting my nails done for years and never have this problem. I then decided to give them a second chance with just a different lady. The second time was even more frustrating. They told me they couldn't do a simple design and then proceeded to try a different design which I wasn't quit okay with. My nails were supposed to be white and came out a yellowish color. When I pointed it out she obviously made a comment about it to the other workers in Chinese or whatever the hell it is they speak. They are extremely rude and horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Always so kind and fun. Very chatty and make great conversation so as to not make the visit awkward or boring. I only visit these lovely gals and guys because they make me feel welcome. I’ve never had a bad experience both with them doing my nails (Fingers and toes) as well as with waxing (lip and brows!). Some times the wait is a bit long but I’d rather wait a bit longer on my day off than get rushed in and out with services that leave much to be desired. I recommend these guys 100%.

Nice service I can count on. They could use some front of house maturity, but I am spoiled and believe in scheduling appointments.

First off I had a pedicure, a bad one. When I asked the tech to redo something she got an attitude and looked looked at her neighbor and proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese. She never addressed the issue I spoke about.
On top of all that, they charged me $18 to polish the nails and toes of my 4 yr old.
Needless to say, I will never return.
