This place is sooo busy that they rush your manicures & do a horrible job! I got gels and she rushed every step including painting on my skin & my cuticles. I have to go home every time and file around my nails. If you even bother to tell them what they did wrong or if they can fix something on your nails they get kind of mean and don’t listen to you. Sally is one of the best technicians there, she’s a perfectionist. If I can give individuals their own stars, I’d give her 5. Other than her, this place is a joke and sooo expensive. Get ready to drop a lot of money.

If I could give them less than a one star review, I would. I visited for my first time yesterday and they only painted half of my nails and then told me I had to pay extra for them to have it fixed. They rushed through my manicure and it was expensive. Definitely not worth the visit.

My nail person just had a baby so I gave this place a try. Yikes what a mistake.

I came in one week ago today to get gel with powder glitter on my nails ($45 with tip). The lady took 1.5 hrs just to do my nails while everyone else I went with did mani and pedi and left before me. The next day I noticed chipping on one nail and then lifting on 3 or 4 others because the gel was painted on my skin. For $45 dollars I want my gels to last longer than two days! To make a long story longer I couldn't come in to redo the 3 or 4 nails due to my work schedule and the horrible rain so I asked for a discount for my next visit and was told no. Horrible customer service. They admitted the lady was learning and wasn't good at doing gels with powder. Completely wrong! Never going back and will not recommend to anyone!
