Here for vacation. So glad I came here for my manicure and pedicure. Staff are so nice. I truly felt pampered. I got my nails done with gel and the lady took her time with applying it. Amazing hand and foot massages. Love this place.

In Naples on vacation and was looking for a nail salon to get a pedicure and gel paint. So glad I found this location. The owners are so nice and did a great job!! Definitely will be back.

Horrible and extremely rude service. Get ride of the old bat that works there with the small Shih Tzu dog that can't breathe there because of the toxic fumes he is breathing in from morning to night in this small shop. The dogs breathing was sooo bad that I made a comment to this idiot and that pissed her off. I should have just called animal services on her.

Small, only one technician working when I walked in unannounced, but I waited 10 minutes and was seen with no problem. Though several other people walked in while I was being taken care of and were told to come back later, they never rushed me or made me feel like they were trying to gey rid of me. I got a great foot and leg massage as well and very reasonable price.

I was not impressed at all by the way I was treated by the female that did my nails at all. She was very rough with my hands, burned me with the electric wheel file multiple times and never apologized once for doing so. She was down right rude and extreamly unfriendly. She caked the gel on so thick that all my nails looked like they each had a big bubble on the top. They literally looked deformed. They were so thick and looked so unnatural. When I asked her to please file the thickness down... She refused. The very next morning I went to Metro nails and paid to have them replace each nail. They were all disgusted by the way they looked as well. Metro did a beautiful job. I will most definitely go back to Metro for all my fill ins and pedicures from now on. Pretty Nails lost my business in just one 30 minute visit. I was absolutely disgusted with the entire visit and service. I will never go back and will make sure all my girlfriends never go there EVER!
