Very poor customer service. All they care is big tips. They keep reminding you about tips.
They messed up with my nails same as lashes. I asked for individual lash extensions but they put the knot lash extensions and kept claiming it's the individual lash extensions. Just wow. They said they will stay on for 3-4 weeks and half of them fell off in 3 days. When I went back to fill them in because I looked terrible and I had somewhere important to go, they started yelling in thai language I believe. They told me you have to pay for this.
I was extremely uncomfortable the whole time and felt so unwelcome... I was embarrassed for them for making me feel like that.
And again they reminded me about a tip for the girl that did " such an amazing job" on my lashes.
One time one of the customers did not leave a big tip and they started laughing and again speaking in their language. The body language, the situation and the atmosphere makes it obvious what they are talking about. People are not stupid.
All I can say about this place is just " WOW"

Avoid!! Worst mani / pedi I’ve ever had. The bottom of my feet are tougher than when I first went in and I could have done better painting my nails myself. Very disappointed since I live down the street but I will NEVER be back.

I am a patron. However gel nails on the hand should be the same price on the feet. The same product is used for both services. If they are charging more for the feet. For what ever crazy reason at least charge $5.00 more. This is the reason why patrons leave. It's my opinion

April is the best! I only let her do my nails and they look great anytime! My suggestion, if you have the time get the deluxe pedicure!

Clean and courteous and a good selection of polish colors. Both regular and gel! I’m glad it’s so close to my house. Would definitely go back again!
