First, there are only "Physician Assistants" (PAs) available. If you ask for an actual doctor and when you can see one they say there are no appointments available. Not a good idea to go to an Urgent Care Clinic with no ACTUAL DOCTORS. P.A.Gochioco isn't even capable of writing a coherent letter of referral.

I called this clinic for blood test. They told me to be there on Friday at 8 am and I didn't need an appointment. I got there at 7:30 am and stayed until almost 9am, no workers showed. There was a trainee there waiting with me to open and we stood there puzzled about where were the workers and when do they opened. How you tell patients to come and the staff never showed. Not good or they didn't care.

Based on the reviews that are public, it looks like the Sunset Clinic doesn't have the best management. The staff appear to be unhelpful. A 2 star rating is horrible. Most people either give 5 stars or 1 star, so a flat 2.0 is horrible. Sunset Clinic needs to put some effort into dealing with the community. This is not good.
