Awful. I got my eyebrows waxed and a manicure. The took the arch out of my eyebrows and now they’re straight across. Also with my manicure I scuffed my nail putting them under the dryer and she did not take the polish off my nail and instead of repainting it she just painted over the scuff mark.. the tools they use are not cleaned at all. They double dip the waxing stick and with the nail file you could tell it was months old and used it on many other people.

Was expecting a better service but the employees of the saloon treat their customers indifferently. Had such a bad experience that I would never suggest anyone to go there. Also the manicure service that they provided was very much a disaster.

It was a great experience, even for me who has been to many nail salons before, but this salon is the only one that has truly made me feel relaxed, while I got my nails done. I also received great customer service in BM Nails and I would truly enjoy getting my nails done here again. I hope everyone who comes here for the first time feels the same.

I am generally a nice person but this salon is just awful!
1 the staff speak awful English and you can tell they try to intimate you by repeating the expensive price and pretend they don't understand you.
2 I have a pedicure and she cut my toe ! My gosh, I am here to relax myself and I got a bleeding toe! The worse is she spray sanitize to clean my toe after she CUT Me. And we know how painful that could be !
3. When apply nailpolish, what an awful skill. I pick a OPI royal blue color and all I see is uneven surface and big light blue and grey color on my nail.
They only reason why I paid the bill is because I know they will just pretend that they don't understand me . So here is $30 lesson for your guys
