I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and still wouldn't go anywhere else!! Best pedicures ever, everyone is so friendly and my nails always look good! You won’t regret it!!

I was a walk in today. I was taken care of right away. I had a full set of nails done. I am pleased with the results and service. The nail tech took his time. Lots of colors to choose from. Very clean.

I first went here in 2015 and really loved the ambiance of a tropical paradise and the friendliness of staff. I went back recently as I had been away for awhile, and it seemed like the place had really changed. Perhaps new management and the tropical decor had gone. The "tech" I had for a regular mani/pedi did not speak any English and had a very hostile vibe. She acted like she was miserable doing the service and even seemed irrated with me when she messed my toenail up putting a sandal on my foot. She begrudgingly fixed it. She dropped her tools a lot--this continued with the manicure, she seemed to get sloppier and sloppier. She messed up a finger nail, too and did not fix it properly. The day after, my fingernail tips are already chipping. I will go to 1st Princess across the street next time. They don't speak much English either, but seem happier to work there and their results are great & lasting.

My nail tech was on vacation so I had to go try a new nail salon today, today is my birthday so I really wanted to treat myself! Horrible! I’m so mad I had to pay for this. They didn’t have the actual color that matched the display nail sets where you pick your gel color. So I picked different colors, no biggie! the nail techs switched in the middle of doing my nails!!! Then I would try to communicate to them to say That the shape was off and she immediately talked over me! “I know, I know, I know” she kept saying not even letting me speak. I just wanted a square set of nails..... instead I have nails that I will go tomorrow to have another nail tech fix! This was the worst nail visit I have ever had. So bad that I needed to write this review to let others know!

Jenny is fantastic. She takes her time and makes sure that the manicure and pedicure is meticulously done. She is very knowledgeable and will properly advise best care for your nails.
