This place is amazing. I called Donelle up the day prior to ask for myself and my mother to get a shellac manicure done, I explained to her that my mother was undergoing chemo and needed someone who was extremely gentle. She set her up with a wonderful lady. They took their time with my mother and was amazing to the both of us. I highly recommend Java Nail and will be back again!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I used to love going here, friendly staff and wonderful owners. But ever since the new owner took over things have gone completely downhill. I have visited here 4 times to give them the benefit of doubt since the new owner took over. She is extremely unfriendly and does not say "hi" or acknowledge customers and walks around with a scowl on her face.
The cleanliness has gone downhill. The "nail tool" kit the girl carry around looked filthy. and the towels were ratty with holes in them.
They used to serve amazing cocktails, and fiji water now they have no selection extra ultra cheap drinks (ie: barefoot wine) and last visit gave me water in a dirty glass. (come on- bottle water is $0.15 each at costco- for $50 I expect a little more)
Every time i go in there the girls and the owner are sitting in the corner on their cell phones. Very unprofessional. I feel as if this place does not appreciate customers or want your business.
Also, 3 out of 4 times i went the girls did not do a good job on my manicure/ pedicure. Owner is too busy looking on her cellphone to even check the quality of work.
If you want to feel unappreciated and unwanted as a customer, go here. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

I have been going to Java Nails for a little over a year and have always been treated wonderfully. I would recommend them to anybody, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I have been getting waxed by Vanessa for a while now and I could not be happier. She is very professional and knowledgable. I went in being very nervous about getting my eyebrows done and she did an excellent job. I even began getting full body waxing because she did such a wonderful job.

Stopped in here because I was in the area and thought I would give them a try. The place is pretty enough, a relatively new building, but I was not happy with the cleanness. I did not feel the tech had followed proper procedures for sanitation, at least not to my standards. The management seems disinterested in how things are done, but more concerned with moving people in and out. All in all I was not happy and the job they did was certainly not worth nearly what I paid for it. Had to get my nails "fixed" elsewhere just a few days later.
