I went in a long time ago and had my nails done and they weren't done the way I wanted them and they didn't listen to what I wanted. The guy who was doing my manicure cut the side of my finger while doing it, didn't apologize and proceeded to do my nails with an open cut on my finger!! Don't waste your time. Not worth the money.

As I entered I was immediately asked to sign-in and have a seat as no one was available. I didn't mind waiting. Another woman walked up towards the front and asked me what I came in for, I answered her, and she told me to sign-in. I advised that I've already signed in, and she replied, "Okay, 10 more minutes". Two customers walked into the nail salon, signed-in, and sat down. Two workers emerged from the back and asked the two woman to have a seat at their stations. I was furious. I spoke up and said, "I was here before these woman and I have been sitting here waiting after two workers have asked to sign in and wait for someone". The workers looked at each other, spoke Vietnamese to eacher, and decided to tell me that I will need to wait another 20 minutes for someone. So, I proceeded to tell them that thier "sign-in chart" was beyond pointless, and they are asinine to think that I would continue to give them any business. I left immediately and will never return. It was my first and last time at this place. I would not recommend it to anyone who appreciates good customer service.

Save you time and go to one of the many other "nail" places around Roanoke. The staff is rude and just made me fell uncomfortable. I got a pedicure and the guy just chatted with another worker the WHOLE time. I also got an eye brow wax and the girl did it so quick like I was wasting her time AND she messed them up! Would not recommend to anyone!!

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm that I could get a pedicure and eyelashes. I was told they had no customers so I could come right in. I arrived, they started my pedicure and I brought up the eyelashes. She asked which I wanted to do first and I told her it didnt matter, whichever. She continued with my pedicure. When completed she told me that she couldnt do my lashes bc she had another appointment. It was only 4pm at this point and no one else was in the salon. I asked her why she said it was fine for me to come in over the phone if she wasnt going to complete both services. She then told me she doesnt remember me calling. I was completely floored as I was about to spend $150 and she was refusing to complete what I asked for and what she told me she would do. After a heated discussion with the "owner" she told me that i was a liar bc they dont remember speaking to me yet when I walked in and confirmed I was asked which service i wanted first so that makes zero sense. Seriously so rude, so worth $10 more to go to Elite Hair and Nails in Justin TX over this place!

It took 45 minutes for them to start on me, they sat me in a chair and had me soak my feet and the water started to get cold and then when they FINALLY got to me she was in such a hurry she did a bad job and left my feet rough feeling and the paint job was crappy. It lasted 3 days before the polish started to chip off! Never going back there again!!!
