I had 2 really nice experiences here. But I have to give 2 stars because of how complicated it is to get a nail fixed! Came in yesterday at 6:12 & the male owner said the store was closed (even though the door said they close at 7). He said “the sign is off that means we closed”. Despite this, I came back today to see if they can fix it. Today they told me the wait is over an hour to fix a broken nail. Not pleased that I wasted my time 2 days in a row & unfortunately will not be returning.

I went to the nail salon on Wednesday for a pedicure and gel manicure. Today is Thursday, the door is locked at 5:50pm. I knocked several times and no one answered. I stood outside and called and the man hung up mid sentence. When I called back they ignored the call. I understand they are not taking anymore customers for the night I just wanted to speak to someone and show them my nails because. I'm going out of town tomorrow for a week. When I get back I highly doubt they will want to fix them then. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable.

I had been a loyal customer but the owner proved to me that money is more important the. Loyalty.. Someone new did my pedicure. She has no experience using the electric file because she filed my toes down to the pink. I let the Lisa know what happened and she did nothing . She didn’t offer a discount or anything. My toenails are so badly damaged that i can only use regular polish until they grow out and we all know it takes toenails longer to grow.
