My in laws have been going here for years so I gave it a try. My first time I went was for a haircut for once I actually got what I asked for! The second time was to color my hair. I went to Jaime (not the owner worker with the same name). My hair is very very black it gave a lot of trouble to lighten it then add the red color too it. I was very hesitant that it wasn't going to work asking myself what did I get into but she knew exactly how to do her job. I walked out of there in love with my hair!

I love coming to this place, my wife enjoys the friendly service. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND YOUR NEEDS. I highly recommend if you looking for a friendly cheap place.

I will never ever ever waist my time in this unorganized dump again! My sister and I arrived at the nail salon at 11am and we're told that we would be attended to after the two customers in front of us! My sister got attended to at 2pm even though we BOTH came together! I didn't mind it I WAITED MY TURN AGAIN! Another seat finally opened and instead of me being in that seat they put another women in MY seat claiming she came before me. (NO SHE DID NOT! If my sister went first then why wouldn't I be next) I remaind patient again and decided to take the next seat available and yet again after 1 more hour a seat opened and they put ANOTHER PERSON IN MY CHAIR CLAIMING SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT!! I hate this establishment and the ppl that work here are rude and unorganized! I will never waist my gas to come to this trashy place again! I left the dingy store and didn't give them a dime

I was going to this place for years until last week. Thai was doing a great job with my hair, but she needs to learn that she also needs to comunicate and respect her customers!
I used always call and make the appointment before I go in there, but still always had to wait which I didnt mind. I was scheduled last Wednesday at 5 PM for the hair cut and color. I came shortly before 5 o'clock and Thai was doing high-lights for another customer. I waited for about 10 minutes to realize she already finished the highlights for this lady and she disapeared in the back of the salon. After another 10-15 minutes wait I discovered that she was hiding back of the salon and coloring the hair for someone else! She didn't say a word or apologize to me why she is running behind and why is she taking another customer if my appointment was at 5! I just got up and left!
