Uptown Nails is officially my go-to nail salon. The techs are plentiful, all good, consistent and if there is a wait, it is very brief. The techs understand English and follow direction to the letter. I have had several different techs and they all deliver superior service. I only ask for the basic mani/pedi due to my occupation but they perform the work with perfection. I drive out of my way to go there, purposely passing several other nail salons, but it is well worth the extra miles and gas.

I had coffin acrylic nails done today with a glitter fade for prom and they're absolutely gorgeous! Michael was the tech who did them and the owner, he was very skilled and quick. These nails are exactly what I wanted!

Nice place but joey rushed while doing my nails and they are crooked, not even lengths and not all the same shape and a nail is already falling off and i just got them done a week ago. While i was getting my nails done there was a young guy standing behind me the whole time i was getting my nails done making me feel uncomfortable, stood around the whole time i was there and did nothing but listen to music and watch people.

Love Mike and his staff. Even the trouble maker that I usually have do my nails. Lol. Great place and always have something new for me to try out.

I had been in just 2 days earlier to get a fill and gel polish for a new job. I had to go back and get the color changed to a neutral shade.
If I had been listened too and if the girl doing my nails understood english the mess, and waste of 2 hours of my time, would not have happened.
I was sat down nails wrapped I assumed to get the polish off. I have never gone back to just change polish. What ended up happening was all the product peeled off. I had to have it all removed. I ended up getting a full set. I was passed over to the owner and apologized to. He rushed through the job, cutting a cuticle. I have been to nail salons all across the country. This is the only review i have written. Just beware, make sure they hear you and don't rush through the job....they work for you.
