Thought I’d try this place as it’s closer to home. This place is nasty! Not only was I waiting for someone just to show up, But the place is dirty and not clean at all. Promptly left.
Thank you for your kind response. Not sure how an appointment would have helped when no one was there. When I left this review I was kind enough not to mention that the main reason I left was because a ROACH ran over my foot while sitting there. As anyone can understand..I was quite upset when I left and did not hear any sort of acknowledgment.

Let me just say I am IN LOVE with my nails. They really took their time with my service. They are specialized in nail art designs and have TONS of colors to choose from. I totally recommend ES Nails. Thank you for taking care of me today.

Raymond, the shop owner did my nails, and I cannot stop looking at them! I love my new set! I showed Raymond what i wanted on a pic, he added a little bit of ✨spice and created something beautiful! He delivered the best customer service and really personalized my experience. Go get your nails done now! Thank you Raymond and ES Nails

Update: In response to the owner’s reply: I came in around 11. The place was empty. Check again. My review still stands. Thank you for not addressing any concerns expressed and instead saying I was not serviced. Wow
T&T was packed and this was close. Ok experience. Customer service could be way better. My nail tech seemed as if he didn’t want to be there that day. Burned my nail a few time. Rough when doing my nails and hand placements. Barely dusted my hand after buffing. I asked for coffin and the shaping is not consistent. If I’m paying $130 for an experience please give good customer service
The lady who did my pedi was super nice however and very good.
I however would not come back. They do cute nails but the experience with the male nail tech ruined everything for me
