The worst customer service. I waited an hour to get my real nails painted, nothing special. I left and went across the street. They have lost my business and everyone that I've ever told to go there!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
The nails I got were all uneven & UGLY.
The girl made almost all of my cuticles bleed.
I said “Ouch” so many times and she just said “oh does that hurt?!” CLEARLY.
Then she expected me to pay full price for nails a child could have done better.
Take your money somewhere else!

I won't go anywhere else. My favorites are "Holly" & "Dragon". Decent pricings. Personally, I avoid going on Friday or Saturday because they get busy pretty quick. When the weather is nice, they prop the door open. There's a sterilization machine on-site & I see them use it. For a basic mani-pedi, no shellac or acrylics, I pay $32. Holly does nail art for $5 a nail if you ask her.
