My daughter, who is 12, had been going to this salon for a few years. Her stylist was not in the Friday I needed. When I called to make the appointment 2 weeks in advance, they said they did not have availability for a kid haircut. I explained that she wasn't a "kid" and sits like an adult and can use an adult cut. Then then said they just had no availability. Very unprofessional.

The ladies here are very friendly, the salon is clean and modern, the restroom is clean, there's a nice waiting area up front, and they carry some great products! I personally recommend Carly, but everyone does great work!
