This was our second stay here. The staff is very nice! The rooms are pretty nice for the price we paid. Our room had a view of the small lake outside and part of the pool. The breakfast could be a lot better, it does however have basics like eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, toast, and cereal. But hey it's included in the price. The location is good. Between 20 to 30 minutes from theme parks depending on which one you are going to. Worth the drive if you rent a car in my opinion because it's away from the busy busy roads.

Staff friendly. Could've done with out the time share / vacation club stuff. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Switches on all the lights were busted, kinda hard to turn the lights on. Between other plans and weather, we didn't get to utilize the property at all. Booked well in advance and got a great rate for an above average room. We are happy overall with everything

Room is fine. It could be updated, but the price was very good so I can't complain. The value for the price was great. It's clean and resort has plenty of amenities.

The representative sold me a lie!!! The crown inn is very dirty and dingy. Omg!!! They told me I would be staying at a resort. Lies!!! The electrical outlets do not work. Carpet has stains and floor smells. Beware. I am here now as I'm typing. horrible!!!!!

Decent place. You get what you pay for. Rooms old outdated, but clean. No fridge or microwave. Doors don't seal the best so noise from the hallway is loud. Plenty to do. Staff was great however you can tell they are short on workers. Breakfast was the standard hotel free type. If you are looking for a cheap Disney stay. I would stay again. Hey Retro is in.....lol
