I wasn't even greeted upon arriving. I was not in a hurry so I looked through the polishes. Then sat and waited 20 minutes. 2 ladies walk in and they are immediately greeted, ok not a big deal I was on my phone when I came in but at this point I wasn't anymore. They look through the polishes and are asked if they had chosen their color and told to sit at the desk to be serviced. I'm sitting there in shock. I'd been there 30 minutes by then waiting and no one even asked what I wanted done or anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place, but this is my last time going there. I love my nails and always spend good money on them and I tip well. They lost a good customer because I will not be returning.

it was pretty relaxing. interacted pretty well...but the paint was excellent. i recommend gel because it stays on verrry long! all in all great place and great people!🙂

I love coming here! Very fast service and Julie is amazing. Everyone is really nice and the place is very clean. I would highly recommend since it’s under new management now.

John took me in 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, I am from Atlanta and I travel from East to Westbcoast often so I get acrylic pink &white done all the time everywhere and I must say that John took his time and was so detail oriented that my nails have never looked so good, he was the best!! Most efficient and literally had me in and out in under an hour!!! I highly recommend John at Roses Nail Salon inside Stones River Mall. John you get 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tried to come in for a fill and gel polish she wanted to charge me 45$ that’s double what I normally pay. Because she’s the owner she thinks she can choose whatever prices she wants. I’ll never return.
