Nail price was inexpensive. I showed a picture for how I wanted my coffin shape because I like them more like "champagne flute" and he gave me exactly what I wanted. Extremely friendly, and very gentle readjusted my hand when I got tense. Definitely going back!

Would give 0 stars but system requires at least 1 star. When I walked in I asked if I could get a pedicure with nail art and was advised yes. Then was told to pick a color, picked gel and was not advised it was $20 more only to be told after I got the pedicure that I couldn't get the nail art because the technician was busy. I would like to advise anyone do not go here it's highway robbery and I paid $48 and got nothing I wanted but the pedicure. I could have done this on my own

My mom and I decided to get pedicures here. Both of our nail techs were friendly and did a good job. The problem were the message chairs. They really need new message chairs. The next day our backs were in so much pain like if we were it by a train. They are also pricey for what we got. We were never offered water either and we were there over 2 hours..

I wanted to rate them a zero, but it wasnt an option. Rushed my refill. It was thick and bumpy. I asked her to file it down, and she told me she could not, and to pick a color. She said she was finished and I was taking too long to pick a color. I showed her some pictures from online and she told me she could not do any of them. I chose to leave without getting my nails painted.
I asked if I could pay she charged me $36 for a job that was never completed. I had to go somewhere else where I was very muched pleased, but it cost me another 40 to repair the thickness and file my nails even.

Customer service is poor. Walked in with my niece she’s 13. She don’t know what she wants. So I’m trying to explain to the lady and after the convo she start talking about us. The whole crew looked up. Now I don’t know their language but I know body language. Don’t come here!!
