Mostly great. I have been coming here for many years, and have always been satisfied with the service and the people. Unfortunately the things keeping this from being 5 stars is the inconsistent quality of their nail services. One time I went in and got the best manicure with gel polish I've ever had, literally my nails looked perfect and the gel polish lasted two weeks. Then other times I have went in and my manicure looked like I didn't even get one the next day, my cuticles were jagged and you couldn't even tell I had just had a manicure....the gel polish was lifting and peeling off...literally the next day. I wish I could come here and get consistent good detailed oriented services. I like the people here, and also know they will of course fix my nails when anything like that happens. As a customer it's a hassle to have to come back for a fix.

I have been here one other time, and was not happy with the quality of the product or service gel came off after 4 days.
This trip was due to another salon being to busy for us they made us our appointment at Luxe. My 5 year old grand daughter kept trying to talk to the lady who did her hands and feet the lady would not even look at her. I get a pedicure when I left my heals were still ruff. Worst my granddaughters polish is almost completely gone 3 days later. I will never go back. I feel like I was ripped off!!

Steven and his wife when they bought this
shop. Lovely ambiance, warm and excellent
technicians. You'll be happy you made the
appt. at Luxe Nails and Spa.

Walk-ins welcome? Went to get my eyebrows done which literally takes 5 minutes and the lady very rudely told me to come back they are too busy for the next four hours.
