DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I usually do not review on google, but this was something I was compelled after today. I would rather diagnose myself with every disease in this world than go to this horrible disgusting “doctor.” By far the WORST experience you can have with any doctor. The horrible humans that work here are only after your money. The doctor is semi-decent, as in she has a nice soft demeanor, however, she DOES NOT tell you anything. I went in for check-ups and screening like I always do every few months. My first time at this PCP, with her. Not only did she test me for things I did not ask, she also did not inform me that my insurance does not cover what she’s testing me for. She DID NOT inform me I have to pay more money out of pocket, besides already paying her co-pay and my health insurance. Also before any procedure, a doctor is required to inform you of what will happen in the procedure and what he/she is about to do to you and your body, she does not. She will do things, even if you’re uncomfortable and do not know what’s happening, without ever explaining the test, how the procedure is processed, or the payment. Legally a doctor is required to inform the patient before she begins any procedure, this doctor DOES NOT. A month later I was hit with a $150 bill that my insurance does not cover. Instead of helping me even understand the issue, the told me to contact the test lab where the bill was from and my own health insurance. Despite me repeatedly telling them that on the bill it states that this was declined by my health insurance because my PCP did not authorize this test. I was confused because the tests had been performed there at their office. Even then I contacted the lab where I was billed from and my insurance, whom both told me only THIS OFFICE CAN FIX IT. All they had to do was send in a pre-authorization form to the insurance. Three hours non stop on the phone with all three services, I contacted the office again who told me they would fix it and call me back, they did not. BUT WAIT FOR THE GOOD PART. When I called today to get an update on what happened to my case as the bill is due soon, my first call today I was placed on hold for 10 minutes without explanation. I hung up and called 12 times after where someone continuously hung up on me. I called a few more times and while I was SPEAKING, someone name "Rebecca", who hung up on me 3 times. Continuously. Then when I repeatedly asked for her name she refused to give it and hung up a few more times, then she got scared and called back and gave me her name. LOL My mom was so angry that she drove there herself to see what was happening and not only did they insult her, not help us, but THEY CALLED THE COPS ON MY 50 YEARS OLD MOTHER TELLING HER TO GET OFF THE PROPERTY!! Y’all shes a teacher and she left work early to see what was happening. My mom has been going here for 2 years, she’s the reason why I tried this doctor and now her and I will both be finding a new doctor who is preferably not a LIAR AND GREEDY. Even when it’s their fault and they forgot to send forms or inform the patient of the process they seem to want to blame the patient instead of accepting responsibility, apologizing and fixing the problem. Y’all this doctors license needs to be taken away. She and her employees need to be fired and never work in the health industry. The worst experience of my life at this place. To be treated like this, as PATIENTS, absolutely disgusting.

I called and scheduled an appointment for immunization and confirmed with insurance and their staff that there will be no co-pay or any other cost. They tricked us to do a doctor's visit and got our co-pay just for doing one vaccine. This is flaw, stay away from this office if you want your immunization done. The staff was very rude when I called back to ask them why. If they would just ask us for a donation of $15, I would give it to them, but trick us like this, this is not acceptable. I am telling my insurance. Plus, for TB test, the doctor suggested doing blood test directly because Asian typically get false positives. ?????Why not ask the patient whether he had a TB test before? We had done TB before. If you don't have enough medical knowledge yourself, don't come to this place to get tricked.
