By far worst place I’ve gone. Paid 65 dollars total for a full set (tipped $5), which I thought was incredibly overpriced especially because my nails ended up not looking $65 dollars worth. One tech saw that he messed up and used a tool to dig out the dried acrylic, and he stabbed my real nail. Most intense pain I’ve ever felt. Each nail is a different size and doesn’t even remotely resemble. My mom got her toes done and asked if she can get her fingernails the same color, and was told “how about we mix these two instead? I don’t know what color you used for your toes.” Staff is nice, but I’m greatly frustrated/disappointed with overall outcome. Most I’ve ever paid for nails is $30-$35 and they come out just fabulous. Shout out to KT nails for that. (No studs or any type of fancy design, asked for a simple coffin black tip)

I used to love going to this nail salon, but the past two experiences have not been great and I’m not interested in going back anymore. This time, the gentleman doing my nails kept complaining about the size and shape of the nail, saying he didn’t want to do them and kept wanting to add acrylic tips. He didn’t clean up the cuticles and got annoyed when I asked him to re-shape one of the nails so that they would all match. I don’t like to ask them to re-do them, so I just tipped them and left. I will be going to a different salon just to get this shellac taken off.

One of the worst manicures I have ever gotten! My daughters and I went to try a new place... my technician asked me if I wanted a design on my toes.. I said yes and asked for flowers. She did how about three simple lines, and I said I would prefer flowers. I got three lines! On the manicure, she was rough on my hands. She used her power tool to trim the skin around my nails and take off the excess paint. I jumped several times as it burned my skin. I have scabs and raw skin around my nail bed. My polish is so thick and “goopy”. My daughter had the same left handed technician and same terrible results. Will never go back!

I like going here and everyone is nice! Reasonable prices. Usually not long of a wait and fast service.

Very rushed, the guy who did my nails grinded for way too long making my nails so thin they began to bleed from the skin underneath, I could have ripped off my entire nail if I wanted to. Once he put the nails on he never even asked for what shape I wanted and began making them coffin (the shape I had when he took off my old nails). The acrylic powder underneath was lumpy for me and my friends nails as well. The paint job came out bubbly and they broke within the next couple days. Couldn't get any type of refund and was beyond pissed.
