My nails had snags in the at the edges .I didn't know till I woke up the next day when I woke up, my nail snagged and broke off.
And my daughter got mad at me for going to classy n. And spa. She went there and they " Pulled " a couple of acrylic nails off😨 when she asked to soak them . My daughter was so upset😭💧💦 I didn't know IT was the one that was horrible..

I went to get a set removed and they don't do the soak n remove, she forcefully stuck another acrylic under my set and caused lots of nail damage, then put antiseptic on the nails that hurt or were bleeding without giving me a warning. After that I was still charged $18 for a removal (that the owner said was $10) terrible customer service, never going there again.
The first pic is from the day of, after asking for a bandaid five times for my bleeding finger I got one.
