Very pleasant mani/pedi experience! However the color choice could be greatly improved.

Do NOT recommend. I heard about this place from a friend as she went to the same place I normally go to and she told me to go try this place instead because she liked it a little more, and so I called around 1 and asked if they accepted walk-ins and they said they did and I went on to ask what time they closed and the guy said 7. So I had gotten ready and left my house at around 4:30 and got there a little before 5. I walked in and the guy (probably the one to answer the phone) asked me what I would like to have done I said I wanted the French tip acrylic and he told me okay and he would be with me shortly. It got to around 6 and I was still waiting and he goes on to tell me he wouldn’t be able to get to me tonight and I was just thinking to myself like oh wow and so I just walked out before I really showed them the “oh wow” I wanted to for him telling me he would be with me shortly and I guess that means he would tell me he wouldn’t get to me in that shortly over an hour time. LOL! I waited over an hour for nothing. As I got in my car I called the place I normally go to (desperately needing a manicure for an event I have) a little after 6 and asked them if they could take me in before they close and as usual they were so sweet and said come on we will take you in and it was already a 25 minute drive to get back there because I drove to Chic Nails so far out of my way thinking they were going to be fantastic.. LOL! Again. I got there waited for about 10 minutes and got my manicure and it was great! I got out of there at a little after 7:30 (they close at 7) and NEVER ONCE did they show any frustration toward me. Chic Nails you really did it for me and I probably won’t give it another chance, didn’t seem like you care to much about your business! Go to King Nails & Spa in Seneca. They are wonderful and will give you more for your money!

My wife loves this place and they take really good care of her. She is currently fighting her third round of breast cancer and she has many limitations. Andy and the rest of the staff are always willing to accommodate her needs and always provide her with great service. I take her there and can see the care they take with her. And her nails always look amazing! She constantly gets compliments on her nails, both the appearance and the creativity of the designs.

I have never had a bad experience at Chic Nails. The best pedicures I have ever had!! ❤️❤️
