I got a gel manicure done today. I told the tech that my cuticles and skin around my nails are very sensitive and cut open easily. After my my manicure was done; I noticed some cuts. The tech cleaned my nails with peroxide. Every time I come here they cut me some how. I’m always nervous of getting an infection. Please be more careful and try not to cut your customers skin around their nails.

Oh yeah. The reviews are true. Tips and Toes legitimately earns 5 stars. This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Super affordable, clean, professional, and non-pushy staff. The Organic pedicure is about $29 and you get 2 types of leg/foot massages, which is amazing. This is my nail place from now on. I went on a sunny Saturday, so it was a tiny bit busy and people were talking loudly a little bit. But I brought headphones and dozed off. Maybe the best nail place north of downtown.

Exellent personal and place. very professional and friendly, from the lobby. I have been a client for over 2 years and never had a bad experience.

very disappointed. i usually come here and always love them but when i went the last time i absolutely hated the way my nails looked. they ladies were nice but the job was disappointing. i was there and they were closing up and i spent over $115 w the 35% tip for the ladies bc i know i took so much of their time. i called the next day to see if they would fix it for me since i had spent so much money. the nails were way too long after repeatedly asking her to cut them and the ombré wasn’t even ombré. i was told that i would have to pay the price again bc “you get what you get” i can’t believe they wouldn’t fix it or redo it for me after spending that kind of money. they told me they couldn’t only replace the color however when i went to hammond nails they accomodated me and said since they were still new they could replace the color and not redo the whole thing. don’t waste your time or money here it’s better to go somewhere else where they actually care about how their customers feel!!!

Hannah did a great job on my nails. She took her time and I like that she asked me if I like my nails thick or thin. Most of my experiences at other places they always try to talk me out of what I want or say they will do them thin, but dont. Ill be back again.
